Common Questions

Is this only for people trying to lose weight?

No. My coaching supports any body composition or health goal, whether that’s fat loss, building muscle, improving energy, or something else entirely. We start with what you actually want, not a one-size-fits-all target.

Do you work with people outside the UK or US?

Yes. Clients can join from anywhere in the world, as long as you’re comfortable communicating in English. Coaching runs online, so location isn’t a barrier.

What if I’ve tried other coaches or programmes before and it didn’t work?

That’s actually really common, and it’s rarely about lack of effort. Most plans hand you a rigid plan with no explanation of why. So the moment life gets busy or unpredictable, it falls apart. This approach works differently. Rather than restriction, the focus is on nourishment and understanding, helping you tune into your own body’s needs and build trust from within, rather than following someone else’s rules. If it didn’t work before, that’s usually a sign the plan wasn’t built around your actual life. Not that you failed it.

How is this different from just tracking things myself with an app and/or AI?

Apps and AI tools are useful for logging, and AI can even offer generic suggestions based on the data you feed it. Neither can tell you why your energy crashes at 3pm, notice patterns you wouldn’t think to ask about, or adjust your plan when your week goes sideways. Coaching does.
Tracking is used as a temporary learning tool to build awareness, not as a long-term requirement. The goal is for you to eventually read your own body’s signals with confidence, with me, your coach, adjusting your plan around real feedback (energy, mood, hunger, life events), not just numbers or an algorithm’s best guess.
